Shipping policy

Packages will be shipped out within 1-5 business days after payment is received. All packages are insured for their purchase price. We require a signature ensuring delivery confirmation.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please also reach out to me before shipping your return.

Also, any item with custom work, such as resizing or replacing any parts of the original design won't be accepted for return, exchange, or credit.

If your order is lost in the mail it takes 30 calendar days from the scheduled delivery date before I can file an insurance claim. After the claim is filed it's about 2-3 weeks before USPS pays out. When I receive payment from them, I will refund you immediately. Most times your insured item is at the local post office waiting for pickup!
